✨ Decorate a Cake with Me ✨ Part 2 ✨ Putting the final touches on the closing celebration cake that I made for our very special clients (who just happened to be one of my favorite people and besties ❤️).

The wrapping of the flowers is such a tedious process 😄. This video recap does not do the time involved (in the whole decorating process) justice 😄.

Flowering cakes is one of my favorite things to do, though, so it was all worth it ✨.

I forget how much baking and putting the flower finishes on cakes is so much a part of me until I get back to it.

April in Moments ✨ I’ll always love look backs, a sweet reminder of all the good that happened ✨.

The month was full of pup time, real estate things, sprinkled with Dolce, and Deacon escorts to my office ❤️, there was a day trip for Jorge, and finished with dinner at my grandma’s for tacos ❤️, a gift from her of her apple cake to bring home ☺️, and a park meet up with my mom, brother, and his pup, Zen 🐾.

✨ Decorate a Cake With Me ✨ Part 1 ✨ We had a very special closing on Friday, so Dolce came out of cake hiatus again 😄.

It definitely wasn’t my most meticulous cake decorating. To save time, I didn’t level the cakes (thankfully, they were pretty even layers that were level enough to get by 😄) and I didn’t chill the cake layers before crumb coating it. The cake still turned out beautiful! ✨
